AMJ “Getcho Smack On! ”Mac and Cheese:
1 box elbow noodles( not overcooked)
1-8oz pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1-8oz pkg. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1-8oz pkg. Shredded Swiss cheese
1-8oz pkg. Smoked Gouda
8 oz.Velveeta cheese (sliced in 8’s)
3 cups heavy cream
¼ cup The Spice
After cooking noodles, drain in the colander and do not rinse,( should be still hot/warm) but leave somewhat wet.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and cream with season then add cheeses (all but Velveeta) and gently stir in noodles.
Pour macaroni mix into 8x11 pan and place spaced out sliced Velveeta cheese on top of macaroni.
Bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees unwrapped on the middle shelf.
Remove from oven and swirl in melted Velveeta cheese and bake for 10 additional minutes on 400 degrees uncovered or until desired brownness.
Let rest for at least 20 minutes then serve.
